International Village Market is expanding! Construction is currently underway for the new IVM Kitchen, expected to open August 2026. The kitchen will serve freshly prepared African and Caribbean meals similar to a buffet or fast-casual concept like Chipotle — allowing customers to choose their favorite dishes and sides.
